About Us
Minnisink Village is a senior citizen subsidized housing complex located in Matawan, NJ. The complex is comprised of 107 single story garden apartments. There are 16 studio apartments and 91 one bedroom apartments.
Minnisink Village is a smoke free complex.
Become a Tenant
Applicants must be at least 62 years of age and must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Our waitlist is open. A request to have an application emailed or mailed to you can be made at rentalinfo@minnisink.com or by telephone at 732-583-4980.
