Minnisink Village is a senior citizen subsidized housing complex located in Matawan, NJ. The complex is comprised of 107 single story garden apartments. There are 16 studio apartments and 91 one bedroom apartments.
Minnisink Village is a smoke free complex.
Become a Tenant
Applicants must be at least 62 years of age and must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
OUR WAITLIST IS CLOSED. Per our Tenant Selection Policy, our waitlist closes when we estimate the wait will be over two years. Please check this website after August 1, 2023 for updates on the opening of the waitlist. Notice of the re-opening date will be posted 30 days in advance of the date. The waitlist will not open prior to September 1, 2023. No requests for applications will be accepted prior to that date.
