About Us
Minnisink Village is a senior citizen subsidized housing complex located in Matawan, NJ. The complex is comprised of 107 single story garden apartments. There are 16 studio apartments and 91 one bedroom apartments.
Minnisink Village is a smoke free complex.
Become a Tenant
Applicants must be at least 62 years of age and must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Applications for an apartment at Minnisink Village can be requested as follows: at the on-site leasing office on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; by telephone at (732) 583-4980 (ext. 1) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; or via email at rentalinfo@minnisink.com.
Our waitlist will close on November 8, 2024 and will not reopen until at least May 1, 2025. Information about the reopening of the waitlist will be updated on this site after April 1, 2025.
